Off on a conference in Ottawa – surprisingly enough I am able to eat well! Bu the first day is somewhat uncoordinated.
Breakfast @ 5:30
- Oats + berries
- coffee
- water
- pumpernickel  toast + sugarless jam
Lunch @ aprox.4:30
- Checken breast with green veggies (there was a sauce made with butter)
- water
Supper @ 8:00
- Baked salmon with buttery dill sauce + some green veggies (didn’t eat the potatoes and cooked carrots)
- water
