Off on a conference in Ottawa – surprisingly enough I am able to eat well! Bu the first day is somewhat uncoordinated.

Breakfast @ 5:30

  • Oats + berries
  • coffee
  • water
  • pumpernickel  toast + sugarless jam

Lunch @ aprox.4:30

  • Checken breast with green veggies (there was a sauce made with butter)
  • water

Supper @ 8:00

  • Baked salmon with buttery dill sauce + some green veggies (didn’t eat the potatoes and cooked carrots)
  • water
