- 3 slices of smoked salmon
- 1/4 cup of cucumber
- 1 small tomato
- 1 sunny side up
- water
- piece of 70% chocolate
Supper @ 5:30
- piece of salmon
- 1 cup of green veggies (asparagus)
- mushrooms in cream
- glass of wine
